Create a new webpage providing .csv & excel product feed data to members

Hello, We require a the creation of a dedicated single webpage added to our existing PHP based website and made available to our members, which will enable them to be able to generate a donwloadable file containing our entire product inventory in .CSV, Text & MSExcel formats, taken from our MySQL database. The column/content and layout of the generated data will be specified by us for each format and our members will need to be able to choose which format they require before selecting to download or open etc. The download will need to be taken real-time from the database so if a member returns the following day then they will be able to obtain any of the changes to our product line-up. The page will require no additional security as the link to access the download page will simply be added to the existing members area that each member gets access too after they have signed into the site. We will only accept bids from proven performers who can demonstate previous work of this nature. We will obviously only be expected to pay for this work upon completion of the job to our satisfaction, and will not be willing to pay any upfront costs of any nature.
