debug the portal

I wish to have bids for the following improvements on Xoops Portal, already installed and working, theme , template everything working but template goes out of borders below the 800x100 size title image when bigger images or forms come in the middle so the main things are: 1. debugging of the whole portal, all modules are working but if PHP debugging is on then 3-4 out of appro. 7-8 modules give undefined variables errors but they don't interfere with the normal working of the portal except 1 or 2. 2. I need to hack two modules addresses (for alumni or may be alumni module itself) and friendfinder modules and need to add my own fields in the registration form and output as per my requirements and presentsation as shown in html pages attached with this description(these are just samples, they have nothing to do with php or mysql, just made them in front page) that users should be able to see lists year wise, country wise, group wise and alphabetically A-Z in a professional manner when they search for them. 3. Users should be able to read anything and should be able to see and visit all menu links without login and should not be able to right click on images and cannot post anything without login. 4. I have one donation module also but i wish to have two donation modules in one portal oen for college and one for website. 5. if possible one registration form for all the modules on this xoops portal although single login system is already present, the main modules are alumni(addresses modules), photogallery (coppermine xcgal), friendfinder, classifieds, simpleblog etc. is it possible to have one registration form for all these modules as xoops registration form. but this is just a query you could do the other things within same budget without this but if you can do this, that would be great. my budget is $30-$40 as i need to bring the content also from old websites but i think that would be too much work for such a less money so i am not counting that in, i will think about it later when the portal would be ready. thanks please see the htmls files what i am expecing from alumni and friends [login to view URL] need to hack them i think and need to make them bug free. so this project is basically hacking the modules to make them according to my wishes and debugging the xoops portal to make it look professional and secure. hope you would enjoy this cos if you are an expert in php/mysql this is just checking the php and writing a few codes here and there to make them work.
