AlkalineDiet - app iOS7 iPhone, iPad

I would like you to design an app for the iPhone/iPad/smart phone/tablet that will operate in the yet to be released iOS7. I wish to have 6-7 search categories such as: brand, category, ingredients, item, enjoy or avoid, guidelines. This must be easily upgradeable once a week by adding 1-2 additional items. For instance: crest toothpaste: toothpaste; contains fluoride; red avoid with a downward thumb image; harmful for PKD kidneys. As a web app it would link to alkalinediet.com. The database would be in myQSL written in php. I would like the web app downloadable for later use by the user when they are off the internet. Additionally design a free standing app for the iPhone/iPad/smartphone/tablet for the user to access while out shopping by keying in a product [food, supplement, fruit, drink, grains, vitamin, herb, chemical, toothpaste, shampoo] to see if it is on the avoid list or the enjoy list all with a searchable upgradeable data base; a contact email for items not found; and I will provide the database. The enjoy products would be green with an upward thumbs up image and the avoid products would be red with a downward thumbs down image.
