Automatic text applying software for Adobe Photoshop

Hello to all reading this post and thank you in advanced. I sell a lot of personalised items on eBay, mostly car signs or car decals. The way that it works is customers purchase their item and then leave a message with the name that they would like on their car sign. Our business has become very popular and we now have to personalise up to 200 car signs per day. This is very labour intensive and takes up a lot of our time. The part that takes the longest with our work is manually applying the text to the car sign using Adobe Photoshop. I believe that there must be a way of running an automated program that can do this work for us. I will list below what exactly it is that I need from the software that I hope somebody on here can develop for me. 1. The software must be able to access our eBay messages and create a list. On this list we would also like the eBay user ID and contact details. An example of such a list has been attached for your reference. 2. I would like for the software to automatically be able to detect whether or not the customer has left message with her personalisation text for the car sign. So many times customers who purchase from us never leave message, this requires a lot of time in contacting the buyer. Once the software has detected the customer has not left a message, I would like for it to then send an automated email to the customer reminding them to get in touch with their personalisation text. What would be even better is if the software could send the message to the buyer so that it would show up through our eBay messages. It’s very important that we show eBay that the customer has been sent a message in the unlikely event that we are left unfair negative feedback. 3. The software must be able to identify which car sign to open and what text to apple to it. I’m not sure how this would be done, but I suppose the data collected from the list could be used to achieve this. 4. Once the personalisation text has been applied to the car sign or decal, I would then require for the signed to be saved as a JPG. I will try to answer a few questions that I believe you are automatically going to want to ask me. Why not try to force the customer is in some way to leave the personalisation message at the time of purchase. We have tried this and it does not work. Many times customers purchase their car sign or decal from as without even reading the description. We also paid a lot money for somebody to develop a system that could be integrated within our eBay page. This would allow customers to directly personalise their car sign. Again this failed to work as customers do not read the listing, in most cases they just clicked by now without leaving any message at all. If you are familiar with Adobe Photoshop you will know that text can have many layers applied to it, as can be seen from the example I have attached you will see we also utilise this effect. I do not believe it is possible to achieve some of the complicated layer designs without using the program Adobe Photoshop. I believe it is necessary that whatever software is developed must open Adobe Photoshop and access the text layer and then apply the text to it. The singe will then have to be saved within Adobe Photoshop as JPG. We currently use software called packing Partner. This software is able to read the messages left within eBay and create a list which is in PDF format. I have attached this list for your reference. The main reason for using this software is the fact that it collects the message from within eBay and produces a PDF list, it also prints our address envelopes which we sent to the customer with their car sign or decal inside.
