1. The application / plugin to create the Step forms. 2. Is the site developed in wordpress. Can we develop the solution as a wordpress plugin. 3. The plugin developed will create the step forms along with the values and upon final submission, the result will be sent to 4. a specified email address and 5. submitted to the specified url. 6.
