Convert existing DB into Doctrine2 Models + Data Import File

I have 8 tables in MySQL which in have relationships between them but have no foreign key constraints. Each table has 3 - 6 fields. I need to convert them into a properly structured DB, and its corresponding model in Doctrine2 with PHP annotations classes. So your task is to create the Entities, establish the relations in php/doctrine and then insert them accordingly back into the new DB. I will provide you with the full dump .sql for the 8 tables.. I will also give you 2 sample entities. You will produce, entities, and a php script that can re-insert the data evertime in case we drop all the tables and re-create them.. so we can re insert the data where it belongs.
