Create A Wordpress Plugin.

We have multiple PR7 & PR6 homepage blogs with 10,000s of unique Google indexed pages. I need a wordpress plugin with Adobe Flash created which will do the following : basic idea is that there are thousands of people trying to post their backlinks on the blogs and we want to monetise them. You have to create a plugin which will : 1. enable the spammers to post 1 single DOFOLLOW backlink without signup to the blogs. 2. After the spammer posts his first backlink, then immediately afterwards a Flash windown will open up within the blog saying that if you want to post your backlinks on 500 pages automatically, then you have to complete 4 offers (this thing will be open to only spammers from US, Canada, Britain & Australia). 3. The 4 offers will come 1 by one within the flash window. After a spammer completes the 1st offer and then he will be taken to the 2nd offer and so on ..... 4. There will be a particular method by which the plugin will understand that one offer has been completed by the spammer. This method will be like, say an offer has to be submitted till 4th page. And the URL of the 4th page has a /example/ folder or something, whenever the flash window faces the /example/ folder, it will be taken to the 2nd offer and so on... 5. After all the 4 offers are completed, the WP plugin will automatically post the spammer's backlinks on 500 blog pages and generate the URLs of the 500 blog-pages. We require to complete this project as fast as possible and if you are sure that you can do it without and bugs, then plz bid and do the work.
