Create software to scan multiple choice/student response questions into database

Students who take the SAT and ACT tests will use a bubble answer sheet (like a scantron) to input their answers. In addition to multiple choice questions, this software should also be able to scan student responses for the SAT. These answer sheets will be readable by a scanner and then that data will automatically be input into software that has already been created. The software for the scanner will allow the data from the students answer sheets to seamlessly transition into the answers within the software to analyze the students test. This will result in the students score in each section, the overall score and accurately allow us to see each question that the student got correct, incorrect and omitted. Since each SAT test is different, the bubble sheet that is used for this project should allow for enough space to accommodate enough answers for each critical reading, math and writing section, which will not always be in the same order. This program should also be written to account for future ACT tests once the software is written to do a test analysis for each student who takes an ACT practice test.
