C# Interface to access SCC Compliant Systems

I am needing a C# (or VB.NET) interface that can access SCC compliant Source Control systems. The interface should be able to access any SCC compliant source control system and provide the following features: 1. Get Latest Version - interface takes a project item path and gets the latest version onto the local file system 2. Get Version - same as above but with a specified version 3. Check In - checks a file on the local file system into the SC system 4. Check Out - checks a file from the SC System out 5. Undo Check Out - cancels the Check Out 6. Create Project - Creates a project/folder underneath a subproject/subfolder in the SC System 7. Get list of items for SC Project The code can be done in C# (preferred) or VB.NET. Deliverables should include the class providing the interface methods and any testing classes or components used. To be specific, I need a class that can access the exported functions from an SCC DLL. SCC is Microsoft's API for interacting with Source Control systems and most current Source Control systems implement a DLL that exports a list of SCC functions that can be called to control the SC system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Windows .NET v1.1 or .NET v1.0
