I have a very simple requirement regarding strings comparison. I have an app which writes to a ini file as a string and when I bring the values back from the ini it kinds of add "" infront of the string.
SCENARIO:
=======
I have a windows service running which needs to started at a particular time everysunday, so I have developed a small vb interface which writes a time value to a ini file:c:windows\[login to view URL] as hh:mm:ss PM format.
but my problem is if I assign this value to the control (textbox or label) and convert it to string it works fine and I can compare , but If set it as just string without assigning it to control it will not validate as it returns "{string}.(because I cannot have controls in service)
Please find attached the demo app. Please let me know what am i doing wrong here.
