Build a core website with PHP/Zend which is a copy of "Bodyspace" on bodybuilding.com

I need a to have a website built using PHP (using Zend framework) and MySQL. It needs to be a copy of the "Bodyspace" function that you can find on http://[login to view URL], which is basically a gym training community where you can add your daily workouts, and watch others, etc. But what I need is the basic back end and front end, including a well thought out SQL structure. Please watch the attached screenshots of the layout. You don't need much design knowledge other than to copy this (and I will then modify everything myself) with a slight modificiation to add banners on the right side. !! Before you give a quote, you HAVE to log in to the above mentioned website and have a look so you know what to expect !! What I want for BACK END is: - An SQL structure (MySQL) for a medium sized community - Built on Zend framework - Able to register (for single user) and log in - The code (html/php/ajax/sql etc) needs to be properly commented and named, in english What I want is GRAPHICALLY: - The same layout, simply needs to be copied from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with the addtion of banners on the right side (as in [login to view URL]) - Totalt Width 1230px (960px main information, 270px right side for ad banners). Please see the [login to view URL] screenshot for the actual width + banners that I want. - Ajax functions where applicable, for example when you are logged in you can switch between Fit Status, Motivation, Add Photos, Post to Fitbook If there are any more questions, do let me know.
