We are a virtual tour company (of sorts) and are looking for a Clean, Bold, Colourful and Simple layout - to which our portfolio page is key...
We like the portfolio on Collosal's website [login to view URL] but when clicking each link, it would link to an HTML virtual tour rather than stills... The portfolio would highlight our best 20ish projects
Of course, we would also have the usual, Home, About Us, Contact and Explanatory pages describing what we do, whom for and with some testimonials attached...
We are looking for an innovative, creative and committed designer to whom we can build a long term relationship with. We are a start up company based in London (though the designer need not be) and we have a very big and bright future ahead with a strong multi-phase plan in place...
We already have all of the images, text and graphics in place (or so we think) so it would be a mainly design and build project...

We have reviewed the three example websites that you have provided.
The estimated implementation time is about 3-4 weeks and the price is £3000.
We will implement this project using Symfony framework for PHP for the LAMP architecture (Linux, Apache2, PHP5, MySQL5).
