Building Me a property rental website that looks like badoo

I need a website to be designed for my new property rental website. The website must be vibrant professional and easy to navigate. It must be a place where landlords and tenants can find and rent property. The purpose of the website is to allow landlords to market their property and for prospective tenants to find them. Both landlords and tenants will have profile so that they can see each other similar to [login to view URL] When a prospective tenant clicks on a property they will be able to look at the images accompanied by a google street view which will rotate continuously like airbnb.com. A tenant will not be able to view landlord profiles until they have registered and vice versa. A landlord can list their property for free with images and it can be viewed by others but tenants will not be able to see their contact details unless they pay a fee. so a payment system will need to be built into the site with a scale of fees. For a particular subscription and advice pack will need to be sent to the landlord in the form of a pdf file via email. I also want Iphone and android app which will function similar to the website.
