CSS editing of site

Simply... I need someone who is experienced in CSS and php to edit my CSS file to get the look I want. Take a look at this website, the owner edited the CSS and made it look like that [login to view URL] If you can do something similar or better- use your imagination!!! Requirements: You MUST be Honest 1. you must keep everything intacted. 2. You must give me a preview of the site within 2 days and finish on the 3rd. 3. Paypal Payments only. You must finish the project before I pay you. There will NOT be any downpayment. I just got screwed 85USD using paypal (they wont give a chargback b/c it's not tangible). 4. Someone honest that I can work with b/c i have a lot of projects I want done. This project will not exceed 50USD. NO PAYMENT unless COMPLETELY uploaded onto my website. I hate deceivers and liars and I’m not one of them. If you do it, i will GLADLY send payments faster than you can email me!
