Complete decor website w/ shopping cart

We are looking for a company/person to design a complete art website similar to [login to view URL] with a shopping cart. The shopping cart needs an admin login so it is easy to add and remove items. The website will sell home decor items, oil paintings and fake floral items, etc. The oil painting part should have the following features, The homepage needs to have categories such as shop by size & subject. It needs to have best sellers, featured products, new arrivals, and clearance section. On search page, the paintings need to show the title, artist, and price. When you click on a painting, the detailed page needs to show title, artist, subject, style, price, size, etc. These need to be fields we can enter from "add a painting" page. The customer should be able to choose the wall colors, pick frames. He should also be able to see an enlaged picture of his choice. Gift certificate and special offers The details of the floral part of the website are open for bidders proposals. The overall design and theme of the website is very important.
