The back end will be JSON REST API which will be used by the front end app, there will be 0 page refresh. 3. You will require SSL cert for the domain. Also, we recommend cloud server instead of shared host as it provides best configurability and we can control the uploads better. Do you got hosting already? Here are few questions: 1. Log in will not be required to download. Right? 2. Since login is not required, one staff can guess folder name and access folders (not assigned to them). I believe that will not be an issue? 3. Hello, First of all thanks for the detailed description in the word document. Can't stress how important detailed instructions are for being able to bid on a project and get it done with everybody being happy. I've had plenty of experience in building PHP powered backends like this (over 10 years now). My choice in building this would be using the CakePHP MVC framework. That would assure quality code that is easy to maintain by any quality php programmer. I could also built it using vanilla PHP but that would be harder to maintain and would take longer building the core functionality as opposed to taking care of the polish :). The front-end can use the bootstrap css framework for guaranteed cross browser compatibility and responsivness across both computers and mobile. Speaking of crossbrowser compatibility the code can be tested on both windows and mac (my dev machine). Anyways i'm available right away. Looking forward to discussing this more and if you'd like to start we can setup some milestones that can work for both of you :) Cheers!
