Archive files to zip file(s) from directory tree

INTRODUCTION Need desktop application to run and loop through a folder tree on a unc path and clean up old files by zip files into one or more zip file by month (date file last modifed) within each folder. The program then delete the original file from the folder. The zipped filename format: Folder name + underscore + year + underscore + month + space + "archive".zip. Example : 5645_2001_03 [login to view URL] The directory tree looks like this: \\mycomp\d$\mb\clients\mailbox\5645\reports\*.* \\mycomp\d$\mb\clients\mailbox\5646\reports\*.* \\mycomp\d$\mb\clients\mailbox\5647\reports\*.* and so on... Leave this file alone. I like to leave the last 6 months files alone... 7)Limitations: Several thousands folders, several hundred files per folder.
