Auction site, Coldfusion MX7, Win2K3,MS SQL2005

I need a company to re-write or clone all features of [login to view URL] into Coldfusion MX7. [login to view URL] is my auction site, and it was done in perl/cgi with mysql database. The new Coldfusion auction will be run on Win 2003 Server, MS SQL2005. The new auction site will have capable to run unlimited auctions, with unlimited users and categories. 100% of [login to view URL] features is required including user stores and full size shopping cart for users. There are some features from [login to view URL] are not needed, and I will let developer knows durring design process. Developer will improve more user friendly where possible. New site design dose not need alot of grapghic but need to have clean professional looking. I like it look like [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
