Audio email software

I need a software to send audio email. The software must be a simple email sender where I can edit the email visually and also the relative HTML and the ability to attach the audio file. I need that audio email can be listened when open the message by Outlook and Outlook express. or by webmail as gmail.com. I think you have to find documentation somewhere on the net. For me it's ok using a file embeded in the email html or a file streamed from a server. It must works with standard security configuration, so any user can listen to it.
