BARS Enrolment Database .php

I have a training company in Australia [[login to view URL]][1] and want to build an elrolment data base ... student now enrol online and it sends me an email ... they do a LLN test online and it sends me an email ... I have to send student an online assist email ... trainer have to advise of the next tutorial times for the student... there are too many emails being sent and therefore too much administration ... I want one database in php that can send this information out and keep a record against student details this was done ... The system would also need to allow a login and be able to generate copies in pdf on enrolment form ect as required .. I have the form templates but need to liaise with a person (perhaps with RTO .. college database experience) to build this enrolment database... ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. 4) the work requires a database built in .php to mange the enrolment of a small college able to store enrolment information ... sent emails to trainers containing php documents ... time/date stamp information (accountablity) against individual students and produce pdf documents as required... The database would follow the same process but send emails automatically rather then administration staff ... please view the attached word document ... ## Platform I have websites on three commercial servers ... windows and Linux ... so the programmer can choose the best operating system....
