Betfair lay prices

Hi This software is required to track lay prices on Betfair. 1. Track up to 10 races, 1 horse in each race. 2. Log the current lay price at half hour intervals until 10 min before the off, then 1 min intervals and then 5min before the off 30sec intervals. 3. Record all the prices in an excel spreadsheet and or XML. 4. Work out the average price from all recoded prices and publish this in a text file and or XML file. 5. simple user interface to select the race and horse required to watch, with the current recorded price and average showing. 6. Stop and start for each individual selection. 8. Any other suggstions would be welcome. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is for a PC but would consider a browser compatible version if this is possible.
