Local Business TImes is internet marketing company seeking to build tools for Local business that can build their own site by point and click and dont have to worry about HTML programming and have all hte interent marketing tools they need integrated into their website to be able to generate and drive traffic the Tools must have the following features Any user without any HTML expereince must be able to build a sopisticated site that has all the marketing tools that a site requires to become sucessfull 1) Content Management they must be able to create their own contnet and manage it without any programming expereince 2) Be able to create a memebrship site with the help of the tools 3) Be able to creat a lead generate site creating dynamic forms with the help of the tools 4) Be able to accept credit cards 5) Be able to submitt their sites to search engines with the tools build by us Attached is all the features that we are looking to build please see the project file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
