Bulk Emailing System

I need a bulk email system that will be built on a FreeBSD (6.0 i think) OS. We have a dedicated mail server, P4 3.0, 2 gig ram, raid1 on 250 gig HDs. We currently are using PHPLIST and it's not working at all. We have 1.6 Million emails that need to be sent out 2-3 times a week, sometimes daily. The mail server currently is using QMAIL and MySQL. We have dfferent mailing groups set up and we need a GUI interface where we login and choose which groups to send to and hit send and watch it send to all 1.6 million in a few hours or 1 day. We know it can be done, cause there are spammers out there doing it all the time. (We are not spamming by the way) This is strictly a confirmed opt-in database compiled over the last few years. Few function it needs: - each email we send will have an opt-out link back to our server. - no opt-in is needed with this program as we are using our website for the opt-in feature but able to add feature in future. May need a few small features later but that is the most important right now. Not sure what lanugage it needs to be in but we can install what we have to to make it work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Free BSD with MySQL and Qmail
