CSV into Internet Explorer

I need to enter the details from a simple text csv file into 4 fields on a form in Internet Explorer. The application will be on a PC running XP. 1. I need to specify the folder on the local machine. The CSV file and TIF images will all be located in that folder. 2. I will log onto a webiste which is secure and open the form I need using Internet Explorer. 3. I then want the application to work its way through the CSV file entering three text fields from the csv file into the relevant fields ont eh IE form. Plus the image file name and complete path into another field. 4. Press a submit button on the IE form. A new page will then open. If there are more rows in the CSV file to press another button which will start the process again. 5. There will probably have to be a pause time lag so that the images can be uploaded. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.
