Completion of VB.Net Application for Expense Reporting

This project consists of helping out in the completion of the development of a custom Expense Reporting System. It is being written IN VB.NET and MS SQL Server 2000 using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Infragistics NetAdvantage 2003 Vol. 2. Most of the work consists of coding the system's Graphical User Interface and samples of similar windows will be provided in the interest that the coding structure is followed as a guideline. The work is to be performed in a coordinated fashion with some of the required code being supplied by us to the developer. Schemas of databases involved will be provided so that the development environment may be completely defined. Bidders must use their own copies of development tools and they must align with our versions as we will be assembling the complete application. If you understand you are capable of supplying this work, please contact us for further detail. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) All developed Forms, Classes, Components, and related files must be supplied to the Buyer so that they can be added to the VB.NET project and they will execute upon invocation from the system's main menu. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
