Convert excel spreadsheet to freestanding app. with possible Google data extracting/quiring

**Update of Requirements** After corresponding with some of the bidders, We need to change the requirements of what we are requesting. I want to thank everyone for thier inital bids. a new spreadsheet has been designed. Please see. What we require is a free standing application, (.exe). This needs to be an application that is user friendly and intuitive to use. This is a product that will be used by consumers. We are looking for a solution that will queery a users Google Adwords Account & overture Account (they would thier enter account name and password into the application). the software would then access the users account online. We would then extract information from the users accounts that could potentially be 2000 fields.(we would only extract the information that is required) This information(Data Values) would then be inported into the program(a few additional fields will have to be user inputed, since Google & overture does not have this info. Ex. sales value per transaction, # of sales transactions, etc) and have the appropriate math calculations performed (these math calculations are the same as what we have put together into the spreadsheet). The results would then be outputed into a chart (14 different charts). These charts need to be outputted in either bar or pie(user selected). We have modified the spreadsheet and will attach a new version if you are still interested in this project. ******Low Cost Option# 2****** We would also consider a low cost option of merely taking the existing spreadsheet and converting it into a freestanding .exe program. The users of this program would then be required to manually input all of the required data. Thanks for you interest in our project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 95, 98, 2000, xp, required. mac would be a bonus.
