Create CAD software for house framing

I need a coder to create a Microsoft XP compatible CAD program for framing house walls. The program must be able to take DWG files from Architects and Engineers and convert information from flat, horizontal 2D wall layouts to 2D vertical layouts with studs and all framing members in position. The program must also be able to do same as above with user inputting information from printed set of drawings if DWG files are not available. The user must be capable of specifying and positioning a variety of metal hardware (from a list of maybe 1000 different items from online Simpson Hardware catalog [[login to view URL]][1]) and location of those items be dimensioned on the final output. The program must be able to use certain industry size and placement standards, but be able to be over-ridden by user to change sizes and standard spacing. The program must provide user with position and size dimensions to the 1/16?? printed on the wall layouts. The program must be able to provide list of material and cut sizes for each wall. The program must be able to locate anchor bolts in foundation, no farther than 48?? on center, and keep the position of these anchor bolts away from vertical framing members. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer.
