This should be a no-brainer for an experienced programmer. Clone of application that creates webpages based on articles & templates. Initial template set will come w/the software but end user should be able to add more, edit & save existing ones. Ability for "slow growth" feature where app logs in to server and uploads x amount article web pages it generated over time vs. all at once. Say you start with 25 pages then sets the app to login every other day (or whatever time frame they choose) and upload 2 to 7 pages. Basic FTP functionality built in as well. All additions to be a choice meaning add a check box to include Chitika ads & if one does then enter their I.D. If they turn on the RSS feeds then enter up to three RSS feeds/URLs & the feeds should be displayed within the article web pages created by app. If they choose the "slow growth" feature then they need to choose how many pages to upload initially & how many to upload every x amount of days. The end user should be able to modify this anytime. Jobs should be able to be saved and a status report generated for record keeping purposes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
