clean up 50 pages of scanned images

I have 50 pages of high quality scanned images of furniture. I want to take these images and create a catalog out of them. Before I do that, I need to have the images cleaned up for publication. The images were scanned from paper, so the images have holes where the three ring binder holds them in a book. The images also have white/black colored edges because of the scanner. The images probably need to be slightly rotated, too. I've uploaded a sample image. Please explain what you plan to do to make these images suitable for printing in a catalog.
