C# project - Req. Component One - Change my current software

My employees use a program that accepts XML data that I export from my database. They then can add information into the program and when completed send to me the new data in the same XML file. I then add this data back to my database. Currently I have a version of the program that runs on a PC, and a version for a WM5 PDA. The two programs are structured identical. I have improved the desktop program, and I believe only one bug remains. I need to finish fixing the Desktop version, and then update the PDA to match the Desktop. The bug in the program is in a prepopulated field. My employees enter the number of windows that are on a side of a house. At the end of the program, it counts up the total number of windows and populates a field with that answer. It shows the correct number, but when the file is saved the number is lost. If I type in the same number that is displayed and hit enter, it saves. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PC and Windows Mobile 5 PDA.
