API or Scrape to Wordpress post then email interaction

Brief: (2 parts) I build individual sites for Real Estate Agents They list their properties on [login to view URL] Part One: I want to take the information from their individual listings and put it in a wordpress post (category would be 'new listing') [login to view URL] have developed an API ([login to view URL]) but if you can get the information from scraping the site that would be fine Part two: When the agents listing has been removed from the site I want the agent to be sent an email asking if it has sold. If it has I want a post to be generated that has the word 'Sold' on it ((category would be 'sold listing'). The email to the agent may see them reply with 'sold' in the subject line or have a tick box but it can't have them logging in to their wordpress account as this would be too much work. ________________________________________________________________________________ Note: When quoting please say whether you are going to use the API or scrape the site to get the information. ________________________________________________________________________________ A more detailed description of what is required can be found in the attached PDF.
