Custom Staff Directory WordPress Plugin

We need a Plugin developed for WordPress that will manage our clients staff page. It might make the most sense to use custom post type for this plugin. The plugin will have to allow the adding and editing of employees through an interface with custom fields to include Full Name, title, Education/School (5 possible entries), admissions (5 possible entries), cell phone number, office number, fax number, email address and a photo of the employee. This photo will need to switch from black and white to color on hover in the front-end The employees will also need organized into groups including Senior Principals, Principals, Associates, Technical Specialists, OF Counsel and Staff (maybe use a taxonomy for this organizing). Both the custom fields and Employment levels will be tied into a filtering system on the front end. Through a search box you will be able to filter the employees based on employment level and the custom fields. Please see attached screen shots and explanations below. This will need to be fully responsive and built within the bootstrap framework. Screen 1: This is the base front end of the plugin showing all employees and the filtering box. This is what it will look like on load. Screen 2: When Rolling over an employee the photo will change from black and white to color. You will be able to click on the employee and get the pop-up with the employees information Screen 3: When clicking on an "employee level" all employees in that level will be highlighted. You will be able to click on an employee and get the light-box with the employees information. Screen 4: When filtering by keyword all employees matching the keyword will be highlighted. The keywords need to come from the Name, Education/School and admissions fields. You will be able to click on an employee and get the pop-up with the employees information. Screen 5: This is the light-box pop-up with all of the employees information. Screen 6: This is what the responsive view will look like on mobile. With the staff pictures in 2 columns. Screen 7: This is the mobile view for the lightbox with the information reformatted and the full bio hidden with CSS.
