Bulk uploader for 123buy.com auction

Hello, My auction software has an bulk uploader, but I don't like the way it works. I need to change the look and feel plus some functionality of it. - I need the auction listing, editing and preview page to be the same as on [login to view URL] with Spaw html editor. - CSV import feature - Ebay and Yahoo auction import feature - This uploader software will only work with [login to view URL] - Color sheme and layout is same as AOL Explorer(brownser). Do a search and install to see how it looks. - No Zend or Ioncube is required to run this tool. I'm open for suggestion. You can modify my current Bulk uploader or re-write from scratch whichever easier. I'm include a zip of my current Bulk uploader.
