CSS Horizontal Menu Placement

Greetings, This project involves taking a knowing working CSS - Javascript code for a horizontal menu in an HTML and properly placing it on a new HTML page. See attached files in "New [login to view URL]": 1-"[login to view URL]" (This is the index file of the working horizontal menu.) 2-"[login to view URL]" (This is the accompanying css file for the above index file for both the old/new pages.) 3-"[login to view URL]" (This is my new index page where I can seem to correctly copy the code created into. There is yellow text highlighting where the horizontal menu goes.) 4- Images folder: (This is included to show the graphics in the menu. *This menu will need to work across both IE and Firefox.* ** All other tables, menus, and images must maintain layout size.** Please let me know you require additional information.
