CSS Work

my site at [login to view URL] at present uses a table structure to separate the three sections. the three sections are the top (from the top logo to where it says "powered by quotexpert). the left section contained in a grey border, the right section contained in a grey border. these three sections are separated by a table. i want to remove this table and use CSS to separate the sections, without altering the look of the website at all. i also need the top section to have a border the same as the other two sections ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
