BV Commerce 5 Template Needed

I represent a small consulting firm looking to suppliment our workforce for various small projects. The first of which should be very quick for a developer with the proper skillset. We're looking for a developer who can take a flat graphic (developed by our graphic designer) and break that "screenshot" up into appropriate graphics and create the markup and CSS necessary to create a BV Commerce 5 template for use on a client's e-commerce site. The developer will be presented with one or two graphics (representing the main store page and a product page) and implement the template accordingly. The template should be CSS based and maintain cross-browser compatibility (at the very least for IE and FireFox). If this small project goes well, there is the potential for future work on other projects both small and large. Skill sets required for this project: HTML / CSS BV Commerce 5 ASP.Net C# .Net Framework version 2.0 (3.0/3.5) Creation of web graphics Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform BV Commerce 5 running on: Windows Server 2003 / IIS 6 Microsoft SQL Server 2005
