Convert Flash Website to HTML (768157)

We have a fully developed site designed in Flash. However, we would like to have an (as close as possible to) identical HTML version. All the original assets (art elements, photos, buttons, text for each page, everything) are available to the winning bidder in PSD format, along with a PSD of one entire page, laid out. The source FLA file can also be provided to help with quotation. This should be an easy, quick job with all assets provided in ready-to-use form and no real design work required. **What I need:** The existing assets put together in HTML, to look almost identical to the Flash version. The site needs to be able to be viewed at multiple resolutions and still look correct (at least at 800x600,1024x768,1280x1024. Preferably dynamically resizable to any resolution) **Specific expertise:** This should be an easy job for anyone, although a portfolio of non-template derived sites would be an advantage. Experience with SEO would also be an advantage **Timeframe for delivery:** Not urgent, but no more than 8 weeks. Happy to wait longer for the right bidder with the right price. SWF File of the existing website can be provided on request ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). **Additional Requirements** Site must be valid HTML, preferably with CSS styles used throughout.
