Create flash website

Hello, Looking for somone to build a flash website for my company. I will be selling custom jewelry no more than 1000 items. I speak Russian and English. I need a designer that I am able to contuct by phone and E-mail. **_Designer has to_** **_speaks Russian or English_** . I already found a redy flash template that I would like to use for my website. The website has to have my logo and all of my info with shopinhg cart(OS-COMMERCE). I already have the domain. Powweb isthe company that is hosting my company. I need ability to download my new items and remove old items.
