Designing Logo and Fixing Template

I need a web designer who has knowledge of graphic design, html and css (Joomla experience preferred). I need them to do the following. 1) Design a logo for the following site [login to view URL] I have constructed the basic website using joomla. It is located here [login to view URL] This is a production site. 2) Do some minor adjust with the template. I need the colour of the side borders to be changed from blue to white. 3) Adjust the logo in the following site [login to view URL] so that it is aligned properly. 4) Make a four banner two for [login to view URL] and www.littlebritain.net. The size of the banner should be 80 (width) x 350 (height) and 480 (width) x 60 (height) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
