Cre Loaded OSCommerce site fix and edits

I am looking for a CRE Loaded AND osCommerce expert. Not just plain oscommerce coders. We have an already built site to fix and edit. The previous coders did a messy job and had lots of communication and turn back time issues. So my first criteria are to be easy to communicate, understand what is being asked and speak and write English clearly. Second criteria is to be VERY quick and efficient. The time assigned to finish is about 1 week for only 5 fixes which would be easy for a CRE Loaded expert. Please provide your previous examples that are of the same type backend installation. I will also need you to inform me on every step and what you had changed on the server as I am the supervisor of this final retouches and personally responsible of all changes. I have other projects lined up for a successful first partner on these kinds of jobs. Here's the list of changes to be done: 1) Sales Tax We have to be able to assign taxes for transactions according to 10 zone and 3 tax rates. 2)In Stock System The site is supposed to be intelligent enough to know when a product is rented to take it out of stock. The site currently doesn’t do that. Also product image should go opaque when it’s out of stock. There is also an “in stock” thing on each product page. Some have 3-4 copies, others we only have one. The site does not sell, it RENTS the products, so this HAS to work. 3)Report We’ve done some test transactions and the reports being generated are for $0.00, we’re not sure what’s up there. 4)Remove "all products" from left menu We need the option in the menu to be gone! 5)Control Panel Sometimes when you’re browsing the product catalog, you have to press a category twice…. A small bug that's hard to reproduce, would be nice to get rid of it if possible. Please bid with your time to finish all these changes. There won't be extra requests, only these. Payment can be done as you like, milestones or anyway. Tell me how you would communicate with me daily and report to me about changes.
