API Script connect to MySQL Database

Hi, I want a script making that uses [login to view URL] API system. The document for AffiliateWindows API is attached. It wants to login to our affiliate window account and get a list of transactions up from the past 2 months and look for the ones with value sStatus set to confirmed and then in each row which is confirmed look for the sClickref value and then connect to our websites database. It should then find the rows in 'accounts' which in the field 'id' have the sClickRef the same to find these rows and then set the 'status' on these rows to confirmed. Thanks a lot. Matt Lovett
