CMS Requirements Document

In our seach for a good platform to manage a number of websites we did not come accross the imagined solution. Therefore we are now writing a requirements document for our 'desired' system. It's about 30 pages long at the moment. Since we don't want to start out of the blue, we would like to invite some experienced programmers to have a look at the document, come up with suggestions, point at weaknesses and drop new ideas. When co-operation goes well, there is a fair chance we will also ask you to join in development (estimated to start early september). Explicitely we would not mind working with a small number of independent programmers, especially not if you would like to co-operate with others as well. For now the questions only goes as far as commenting on our document and entering in a discussion. Please mention your hourly rate in dollars you would charge for commenting and programming. We would favour to work with people that have developed their own (distinct) ideas from experience with using existing systems or even experiences from developing those.
