Changes and Enhancements to Exsiting PHP MySQL Web App

Project is to add features/enhancements to an existing press release submission site. Tasks include: * Integrating Twitter 'tweet this' functionality (users should be able to tweet it from their OWN account -- and preferably be able to shorten the URL right on the page) * Automatic posting of headlines on a single Twitter account (account is always the same) * Integrating 'add to Facebook' functionality (users can post content published on the site to their Facebook page) * Converting page of content into PDF format and making it available for download on the site * Auto email the PDF to a single email address (address is always the same) * Integrate functionality to upload/download Word Docs and PDFs * Ability to upload/play audio files * Need to add a sidebar to pages to accommodate these new social media/multimedia features Tweaks to the site that include: * Currently, when a uses uploaded content and we declined it, it goes into a 'trash' queue. Need to change functionality so that when the content is edited, it returns to the 'pending' queue. * We need to include a 'terms of use' button that users must click to move forward, and record those names. * Integrate 3 PayPal 'buy now' buttons on the payment page vs. our 1 I can privately post more details to qualified applicants. I'm looking for someone is well versed in PHP an MySQL and who has had experience working on whole applications. Being creative, innovative, and a good communicator is also a plus!
