Custom Classified

I need a custom made classified. It can be as simple as the normal classified, but with the following features : 1) A panel for user to register, add their advertisement. 2) There should with a i) a tell a friend button ii) an enquiry button attached at every advertisement. When the user click on these buttons, all the detail be added to a "file". However, the user should not be divert to the "file" unless they press the "view file" button at the top/bottom of the page. The user is able to type in their question to the advertiser, and a few of their friends' email for them to tell about the product at the "file" page there. All of the users' activity have to be write to the Database after they fill-in the "file" page. counter, user-online, ip address displaying, etc is an added advantages.
