Custom modifications to a PHPBB forum website

I run a PHPBB website that we use to play a text-based RPG game. We have several custom modifications on the website that help us play our game. I'm looking for some additional custom work to be added that will allows us to to do expand our functionality by creating and tracking certain custom variables of information for each account and then displaying it on the forums. Each account on the forums is a player in the game. I'm looking for a way to track statistics on each player and have method for changing updating them. At the top of the signature section for each post should display a status bar with important status information. There are three items for player that I want to track: * Health: Represented as Hit Points (HP) in a current and maximum value. For example, 10/12, -3/25, 55/70, etc. * Conditions: Blinded, Dying, Dazed, etc. * Gear: Rope: Torches, Food, Backpack, etc. The exact formatting for each player we can tweak as needed, but I was thinking of something like Health: xx/xx HP - Status/Conditions: xx, xx,xx + Gear (in a spoiler tag) The players are divided into two groups (Group1 and Group2) with 5 players in each group (though the amount may change up and down). I need a way to add/remove players from the groups and then display all the health/status effects for players in that group via a bbcode tag. For example, [Summary]1[/Summary]: This would display all of health and status for group 1 (not the gear) Player 1: 10/10 HP - Conditions: None Player 2: 5/7 HP - Conditions: Blessed Player 3: -3/9 HP - Conditions: Dying I will need a way to add/subtract health, conditions and gears to each player as well as add/subtract members to groups (and possibly create new groups). I'm open to suggestions on the best way to do this. A possible suggestion I had was to have a separate bbcode tag for each of the sections that modified these variables, but I'll leave this part of design up to you.
