Directory List Script With Search

Project Start = immediately Project Description: I would like a script to list directories and automatically (from admin) update the following: Google PageRank, Alexa Rank, number of backlinks in Google, Yahoo and AltaVista. I would like to include a column for Price (price for directory inclusion/submission). All individual columns should be able to be sorted. I would like to sort links by PageRank, where each rank number will be displayed on it's own html page (URL's should be static). When the database is updated all links must be sorted into the correct PageRank page and sub-sorted Alexa Rank, with the option to click a link to sort alphabetically or sort by any other of the columns. There should be the ability to report a link in the directory, should it be a dead link or change of details required. Plus one page, which lists the top 50 busiest websites, sorted by Alexa Rank. I would also like to place advertising separately (these can just be an include file I can edit) on the homepage, separate include for all ten PageRank pages, plus separate include for the Top 50 Directories List. A search facility to see which sites are included in the directory and what page they can be found on. The site should have an online form so new directories can be suggested and an admin section where new links can be approved/rejected/deleted/added. In admin I would like the two manual update functions one to update the PageRank for all links and a second, which updates the rest (Alexa Rank, Yahoo Backlinks, Google Backlinks and AltaVista Backlinks). These can be separate too, if necessary – as long as there’s an option for PageRank to be updated separately. I would like the database to use MySQL, and the scripts to use php. Open to suggestions regarding this – whatever works best. I would like this integrated into a template, which I will purchase and submit for your approval for integration with the script. Directory Inclusion Price (with select box for $ USD, £ Pound, € Euro). d. Reoccurring Fee (select Yes or No) (If reoccurring the Price will be marked with an asterisk *) e. A reciprocal link field f. Form Verification (thus links cannot be submitted by robots). 5. Top fifty directories list sorted by Alexa Rank. 6. Directory Coupon page 7. Add coupon form, including the following fields: a. Site Title b. URL c. Coupon code d. Discount e. Expires on f. Expiry date unknown g. Verification code 8. Report Link Page, including the following fields a. Directory URL b. Your Name c. Reason (select menu – Broken Link, Site Closed, Information Changed, Other) d. Text box to add further details e. Form Verification Script Terms of Use: I don’t wish to display any links back to the script creator. I would like to be able to upload the script to more than one URL, and offer the script for sale. I would like to test the script as a demo on your server before payment is made. Budget = USD 250 max.
