Cgi Proxy

I am looking for someone to modify the existing CGIproxy script or write a new 'efficient' proxy script with the following specifications: The script should process entire page and only proxify all links and NOT images,css,javascript and other media. In other words, only output pages (like asp,html,etc) should be proxified. Rest all should be retrieved from the original server. Which means that all media (css, javascript, swf, imgs etc.) will have to have their paths converted from relative to absolute. The script should work with orkut, gmail, wikipedia, [login to view URL], youtube, [login to view URL], hotmail etc. i.e. for all sites basically. The programmer must check for the sites mentioned above and ensure compatibility. The script should not require to be hosted on a SSL server. The final output of the script should be stored in a single variable. The script must be as efficient as possible. The url being browsed by the script should be not encrypted. The script is NOT aimed at anonymity. All user information should be shown to the server as with normal browsing. Thank you
