Convert two PSD designs to AI format for printing

Dear freelancers. I am printing 2 designs of sticker decals that will use to cover paper cups. I have done the 2 designs in photoshop, and have managed to find the perfect "fan" shape that will wrap around the curvature of the cups perfectly. However, we need to recreate these designs in AI format as our printer cannot accept the PSD format as we "flattened" the images. I need you to do the following: 1. Recreate the exact design in AI. Everything to be in vector format if possible. Will provide you with the original PSD templates for both files. Ultimately the AI format should look EXACTLY like what i have done in PSD... 2. Modify the design to add in some bleed. The original PSD file that I did doesn't have the bleeding included. Need you to help me modify the design to add in the extra bleed outside the die cut line. 3. Add in the die-cut line. You need to add in a dotted line to show the outline of the sticker's shape. These have to be exactly the same dimensions as the original PSD file.. ----- Please download papercupsample.psd. <-- This is the flattened design image that i have done.
