Alter 115 images with Photoshop

Start with 23 folders with PDFs and JPGs in the folders. For each folder, use the PDFs as guides to do two things: (1) Transform solid white background areas to transparency. (2) Use very specific file naming conventions I will share with you. (3) Erase some numbers from certain images (2 per folder) and overlay text for those numbers that is a larger font. (4) Save some images as 800 pixels wide (1 per folder) and others as 460 pixels wide (4 per folder with a few exceptions). Need done in 4 days max. Sooner would be better.
