Cartoon Illustration for Christmas Card - Urgent

We urgently need a colour cartoon illustration for a Christmas Card. We have attached a number of images. The card is for a model boat club and the attached file contains pictures of the club's lake, some boats, and people controlling the boats. We want a cartoon illustration of 3 people (3 Wise men) inside the compound shown in the pictures next to the lake, controlling a number of boats, model yachts and the model of HMS Kent shown in the picture. There is also a picture of our rowing boat that was holed which we would also like included. We are looking for a very funny cartoon, fairly detailed and we will work with the designer to achieve this. This is required urgently, please do not bid if you cannot produce it. Please allow for some rough designs before proceeding to produce the finished design.
